How to destroy a file permanently

1. Select the file you want to delete from the file list. Multiple files can be selected by holding the CTRL or SHIFT key down as you select.
    
2. Click Delete button on the toolbar or select Delete from the File menu or by right-clicking the selected file to display the Delete dialog box.
    
3. In the Delete dialog box, check the Destroy Permanently checkbox.
    
4. Confirm your deletion and click OK.

How to destroy a project permanently

1. Select the project you want to delete from the  project tree.
    
2. Click Delete button on the toolbar or select Delete from the File menu or by right-clicking the selected project to display the Delete dialog box.
    
3. In the Delete dialog box, check the Destroy Permanently checkbox.
    
4. Confirm your deletion and click OK.
