There are two solutions for this issue:
- Ask your Database Admin to change the strPassword
field of Admin in the tblUser table in SourceAnywhere DB
to be D41D8CD98F00B204E9800998ECF8427E. Then you can
login as Admin with the blank password.
- Or you can reinstall the SourceAnywhere Server. During the installing process, you can reset the password for Admin. Please choose to keep the SourceAnywhere DB. To prevent data lose, please backup the SourceAnywhere DB before reinstallation.
