Creates a new project.

In Set Web Project dialog box, select a project as the parent project, clicking Create will bring up the following dialog box:

New project name

Specifies the name of the new project.

Comment

Comments on this new added project.

OK

Adds the new project to the specified directory.

Cancel

Cancels the Create Project operation and closes the dialog box.
