The Comment window allows you to add written comments in Pending Checkins when checking in edited files. General user can draft comments first and they will be list in the drop-down menu of comment in Pending Checkins window

Window Items

Comments

Lists all comment templates in the current repository.

Add

Adds a comment. Click Add to display the Add Comment dialog box.

Edit

Edits the selected comment. Click Edit to display the Edit Comment dialog box.

Delete

Removes the selected comment.
