Cache Server

Dynamsoft SourceAnywhere Hosted provides a caching solution for distributed development. Dynamsoft SourceAnywhere Hosted Cache Server is an optional caching system used to cache copies of requested server files, thereby improving the client responsiveness.

When you have more than 1 developer working on the same project at the same remote location, you may need Dynamsoft SourceAnywhere Hosted Cache Server.

This is the scenario: When a user try to get or check out a file through Cache Server, if the file was transferred through this cache server before, the file will be transferred directly from cache server to client without sending request to server.

Additional features of Dynamsoft SourceAnywhere Hosted Cache Server are listed below:

• Low Administrative Overhead
  Files are automatically cached upon requests; Dynamsoft SourceAnywhere Hosted Cache Server is self-maintaining.
   
• Standard TCP/IP Communication Link
  Dynamsoft SourceAnywhere Hosted uses TCP/IP as the communication link between Dynamsoft SourceAnywhere Hosted Server, Dynamsoft SourceAnywhere Hosted Cache Server, and Dynamsoft SourceAnywhere Hosted Client. It allows Dynamsoft SourceAnywhere Hosted Cache Server to be deployed over WAN or LAN with ease.
   
• Encrypted Data Transmission
  Data transmission between Dynamsoft SourceAnywhere Hosted Server, Dynamsoft SourceAnywhere Hosted Cache Server and Dynamsoft SourceAnywhere Hosted Client can be secured by implementing SSL encryption.
   
• Scalable Distribution Mechanism
  The distribution mechanism provided by Dynamsoft SourceAnywhere Hosted Cache Server can scale into the tens of thousands of servers as needed.
