Wildcard Search

Dynamsoft SourceAnywhere allows you to use wildcard characters to search one or more file(s).

In the wildcard characters, the interrogation (?) represents just a letter and the asterisk (*) is a wild card that stands for any combination of letters.

Since SourceAnywhere Standalone 3.0, the asterisk (*) will be automatically added to the head and the tail of character string you type. Thus, to search a file named "index.txt", you may type: index.txt, in, index, txt, or dex.txt.
