History Branch Dialog Box

Creates an independent branch of the selected file or project at the location you specify in this dialog box. This dialog box displays only when you perform the branch command on a file or project version in History Explorer dialog box or Show Labels dialog box.

Dialog Box Items

Project List

Select a project to which the file or project will be branched.

Comment

Type an optional comment for the branched file or project.

Recursive (project-level only)

Branches the project recursively. When this option is enabled, all files and the sub-projects within the project will be branched.

Branch

Branches the file or project to the selected project.

Close

Closes the dialog box.
